Summary

Conceived of by Eileen Campbell, co-founder and board chair of Reid Campbell Group, this survey sought to understand how the pandemic and the events of the last year have affected American women and their work. Eileen Campbells is the former CEO of Millward Brown, former CMO of IMAX Corporation, and a Member of the Board of Directors for C200.

Results

“Two-thirds of participants were ambivalent or pessimistic that work life will change in a way that makes it more fulfilling for them over the next five years. Interestingly, even with the outsized effect of the pandemic on women, we found their level of optimism no different from that of men — perhaps a true testimonial to female resilience.” – Eileen Campbell
