Those who are already more frequent users, plan to use AI more than they currently are, in the next 3 months, and a portion of those who aren’t using yet, plan to adopt AI for personal use within the next 3 months – highlighting the benefit and broad application in our personal lives.

Nearly two-thirds of Canadians (63%) say they are somewhat familiar with AI, while about one in five (22%) report having only limited knowledge. A smaller group (15%) consider themselves very familiar and actively follow developments in the space.

The sample was weighted to be representative of adults nationwide according to region, gender, age, household income, and education, based on the Canadian census.
